I was born in 1987 and grew up in Lesvos, a greek island, which I left in 2005 to study architecture in the National Technical University of Athens.
I came across the contemporary jewellery world in my last years of university study, after a series of serendipitous events that led me to «Anamma».
I got my diploma in architecture in 2012 and a year after, I completed the last study circle in «Anamma», with my project «ΣώματοςΤόποςΓης», inspired by my love for landscape.
After graduating I returned to Lesvos and have been working as a freelance architect since, but haven’t ceased making jewellery; my bench has been a great, though silent friend. It allows my mind to go everywhere, and compensates for the isolated feeling an island sometimes gives you, allows me to keep the beauty I see, burns and bruises my hands in a way that’s comforting.
